Experience Across Wind Project Delivery and Operations
Blue Wolf Energy is built on practical engineering experience developed across onshore and offshore wind projects, from construction and commissioning through takeover, operations and end-of-warranty activities.
Founded by Hakan Çakmak, a mechanical engineer with a background in wind turbine technical advisory, project and site execution, offshore / onshore operations and major component activities, the company brings together experience from both project delivery and asset operation. Assignments have included lenders’ technical advisory and owner’s engineering, technical due diligence, WTG technology assessment, review of WTG and BoP documentation, construction and operational inspections, defect assessment, performance monitoring, contractor and OEM coordination, commissioning and handover.
