FAQ

Project Enquiries & Engagement

What information should I include with my project enquiry?

A brief description of the project, location, current project stage and the support required is normally sufficient for an initial review. Where relevant, you may also indicate key dates, site access requirements, known technical concerns and the expected scope of work. Detailed documentation can be reviewed once the assignment is defined.

At what stages of a wind project can Blue Wolf Energy provide support?

Support can be provided across construction, installation, commissioning, takeover, operations and end-of-warranty activities. The scope may range from a single independent inspection or technical review to ongoing owner-side advisory, project management or site management support.

Can Blue Wolf Energy work directly on site as part of the project team?

Yes. Depending on the assignment, Blue Wolf Energy can provide embedded project and site support in roles such as Project Manager, Site Manager or Owner’s Engineer, with responsibility for site execution, HSE coordination, contractor interfaces, programme, quality and completion activities.

How is the scope of an assignment defined?

Each engagement is defined around the project stage, technical requirements, expected deliverables, site conditions and level of responsibility required. The scope, interfaces, schedule, reporting requirements and commercial basis are agreed before mobilisation so that responsibilities are clear from the outset.

How quickly can support be mobilised?

Mobilisation depends on location, project access, required certifications, travel arrangements and the scope of work. Time-critical requests are reviewed individually, and availability is confirmed as part of the initial project discussion.
